Tim

Tim

Despite Tim showing an interest in guitar, his older, guitar-playing brother suggested to their father that Tim should learn bass. Thus, he became a bassist for 8 years. Later Tim realized that he really wanted a more solo-oriented instrument. Tim bought a used, beginner guitar and spent a year transitioning his bass knowledge into rhythm guitar. He then started playing open-mics as a guitarist instead of filling in on bass for others. Now he uses his know-how to teach introductory guitar skills at a local summer camp. He says that his KLOS is great for camp but also that his 2-year old son, Xander, is more than welcome to get familiar with it. Tim says, "The KLOS' durability assures that Xander won't kill it." Tim's KLOS is also the "perfect size for his son to learn on," when that time comes.
