We understand that buying an instrument online can be difficult because you can't physically play it first. To help our customers out, we create product videos, musician demos, customer testimonials, pictures and more to help you get to know the instruments. On top of that, we offer 30-day no-hassle returns and a lifetime warranty.

We want you to love playing your instrument as much as we love making them. So if there are any issues with the product, we’ll do everything in our power to fix them for you. If we can’t solve that issue, or even if you’ve just changed your mind, you can send the instrument back to us for a full refund. Please note: we are unable to process refunds on returned instruments until they are in our possession and inspected by our Quality Manager. Expect up to one full business before you receive your refund to allow our team to process the return. 


Terms only apply to instruments purchased through the website. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom instruments that are built to order, any instrument that is modified from default, are non-refundable because our small team of luthiers puts a lot of unique work into creating a unique instrument. Custom orders will not be refunded after 48 hours from purchasing. The following modifications are considered non-refundable customizations: engraving, side-soundport, lefty, nylon string build, duet package, HyVibe smart pickup, and any other customization done that is not publicly listed. 

In addition, any Carbon Timber variants with the following customizations are considered non-refundable: engraving, side-soundhole, lefty, nylon string build, duet package, K&K Mini Pure pickup system, LR Baggs Anthem pickup system, HyVibe smart pickup, and any other customization done that is not publicly listed. 

Please contact us for more information. Returned instrument must be in same condition as when initially received. Any damage found on a returned instrument might warrant a partial refund only. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
