Limited Lifetime Warranty

KLOS Guitars stands behind its products. Full Carbon, Carbon Timber, Custom Series and F-Series instruments purchased on or after July 12, 2021 qualify for a limited lifetime warranty. Hybrid instruments purchased before November 5, 2025 qualify for a limited lifetime warranty.

If you believe you received a defective product, please contact info@klosguitars.com to open a support case and we will be happy to help in any way possible. KLOS Guitars requires either images and/or videos of your defective product(s) in order to process a warranty claim.ย 

Product damage from normal use and normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse is not covered under warranty. Misuse includes but is not limited to dropping your product from any height. Modifying the original instrument after purchase in any way nullifies the warranty.ย 

Our durability tests and videos showcasing the strength of carbon fiber are available with the disclaimer that such testing of the product's limits should not be recreated at home. We test product parts in a controlled environment to showcase the strength of carbon fiber.

Carbon fiber instruments are still instruments and should be treated with care and respect.

To start a warranty claim, all instruments must be shipped to our address for warranty claim verification. We will not be able to process a warranty claim if there is not an instrument delivered to KLOS Guitars. International claims will be subject to return shipping cost once a warranty claim is finished and ready to be returned.ย 

The KLOS warranty applies only to the purchaser of the original instrument(s) if they purchased directly from KLOS Guitars, or an approved instrument dealer, and have proof of purchase that matches the name of the original order. Limited lifetime warranty only applies to instruments, not accessories or add-ons.ย 

KLOS Guitars reserves the right to modify their warranty at any time. Please note, that if any changes occur to the warranty policy, the policy active at time of purchase will apply to your instrument.
