Carbon Timber starts with woven fibers on a spool. The fibers are then laid and molded to form the various instrument bodies.

The marks on Carbon Timber instruments are separations between the woven fibers that happen during the production process. This ensures that every guitar is a one-of-a-kind instrument, with the individual fibers never being laid the same way twice.
This process produces natural ridges and grooves, similar to premium woods like Flame Maple, Spalted Maple or Bear Claw Spruce.
Because of the Carbon Timber manufacturing process, each instrument is one-of-a-kind. Also, the nickel infused in the carbon fiber reflects different light temperatures more profoundly than other materials.
