Very easy … good communication and service. Great, fun uke!
Ukulele arrived on time in perfect condition. Love the sound and the fret board was much better than I expected. It's a little wider fret board which is great for my big hands and has smooth action. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.
Like all Uke’s I’ve played, my Klos has problems maintaining true pitch while playing chords. I’d like to see the saddle with a thinner profile so the bridge could be lowered and still have a reasonable amount of bridge exposed once lowered. I didn’t care for wood backup plate used to hold strap pin in place. It has a very good total quality. The final finish is good. Over all I give it 4 stars.
My Klos carbon fiber tenor ukulele arrived in perfect condition and on time. The craftsmanship and finish are lovely, and the sound is loud and clean. While the nut width is 1.375", the string spacing is generous, making for easy, clean chord shapes. This is a dramatic improvement on my prior travel ukulele, and may be my favorite over-all. Well done!
The carbon fiber uke is crystal clear, with great resonance. It's like playing glass. Almost a little too perfect for the beach. I'm actually going to try swapping the strings for a warmer sound. I would give 5 stars, but it came with a tiny scratch on the back. No big deal. 4.5 stars.
Wonderful... but still getting used to the very tight curve of the neck profile. I prefer a flatter neck profile, but I’m beginning to get used to my KLOS Hybrid Tenor. Even during Covid, some of us are getting together weekly (masked and socially-distanced) for our regular song circle and even doing a regularly-scheduled gig. Seattle is still experiencing smoke from wildfires so no outdoor gatherings this week. I haven’t been able to actually show off my KLOS CF Hybrid Tenor yet. I may get the opportunity on Friday at another ukulele gathering (Kanikapila) in Snohomish. Meanwhile playing at home and getting used to the Tenor size and the neck profile. Great voice and volume. Love the CF look and feel. Thank you, KLOS!
